중등 음악과 예비교사들의 마이크로티칭 효과 분석 = The Effects of Microteaching on Secondary Pre-Service Music Teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects and contents of micro-teaching on the secondary pre-service music teachers. With 21 pre-service music teachers currently in their junior year as Music Education major al a teacher`s college, two micro-teaching sessions have been carried out and their effects and experience have been analyzed. The correlation among the own evaluation, peer evaluation, and instructor evaluation has also been examined. Those pre-service music teachers were evaluated by instructor and peers after the micro-leaching session, while their own teaching was critiqued and analyzed through self-evaluation based on video-taped analysis. 14 out of 21 students came up with better scores on the second micro-teaching, particularly showing improvement in categories of confidence about class, flexibility in coping with unexpected situations, learning motivation, and specification of learning goal. The correlations between self-evaluation, peer evaluation, and faculty evaluation appeared largely equal The pre-service music teachers found the most beneficial practical experience in the fact that they were able to think about actual aspects of a class while planning and performing the microteaching, and that while they evaluated their peers they were able to apply it to their class performance, and that the video recording ensured self-reflection, knowledge of their own habits, and improvements required
