      The purpose of this study is to suggest a new direction for a subway station design planning by using datas which analyzed and compared the reference documents of seoul, Pusan and foreign country subway station in order for people to use a more pleasant and safe public transportation. Therefore, the study deduced several points as followings from the method of comparative analysis on Taegu subway station design planing.
      According to this study, there are limits that passengers' exact reaction is not found out and the research through the analysis of passenger attitude is not successfully conducted. Therefore, it is thought that the research, that deduces a better result of passenger's reaction a afterwards from the user's point of view rather than using precedents or customary action of subway design planning, is needed.
