성인장애인의 취업의사와 영향요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Factors Effecting on Job Intention of Adult with Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 취업단계에 놓인 성인장애인의 취업의사와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 장애인들의 취업의사를 예측하는 것은 취업 가능성과 그 성과를 높일 수 있는 직업재활서비스 방안을 마련하는데 효과적이라 할 수 있다. 포항시에 등록된 만19세 이상의 성인장애인 270명을 연구대상으로 선정하고, 조사된 설문지에 대하여 빈도분석과 교차분석, 이항 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 교차분석 결과, 성인장애인의 개인-관련 변인, 직업재활 및 취업-관련 변인에서 거주지를 제외한 전체 문항이 장애인의 취업의사와 유의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이항 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 위의 변인 가운데 성인장애인의 연령, 장애수용정도, 공적소득 및 평균소득, 그리고 구직에 대한 노력이 취업의사의 예측요인으로 확인되었다. 따라서 성인장애인의 개인-관련 변인, 특히 연령과 경제지원의 유무, 구직활동정도의 향상 등을 고려한 직업재활서비스가 제공되어야 할 것이다. 기초생활수급이나 의료보호와 같은 경제적 지원은 취업과 유동적으로 제공될 수 있는 정책적 변화가 있어야 하며, 또한 구직을 희망하는 장애인들에 대한 직업훈련의 확대를 통해 취업에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 심어줄 수 있는 계기를 마련하는 것이 중요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of personal-related factors, vocational rehabilitation and employment-related factors and job intention of adult with disabilities. 270 people who were adult with disability participated in this study.
The results of chi-square analysis revealed that there is a significant relationship between personal-related factors, vocational rehabilitation and employment-related factors and job intention of adult with disabilities. The results of binary logistic regression analysis revealed that a significant relationship exists between job intention and age, disability acceptance, public assistance, average income. And negative relationship Thus this study hinted that financial support for disabled people must be offered together employment service.
This study will contribute to developing knowledge about adult with disabilities's characteristics and provide practical implications for intervention strategies related to promoting their positive job intention and employment.
