The result of this study is as follows. 386 workers were selected for this purpose, and there was a considerable difference in the intention of changing occupation according to the characteristics of sociology of population, such as age, marital status, and health. The group of younger age shows more intention of changing occupation; the unmarried group shows higher percentage to leave than the married group; and those who are in bad condition of health shows higher percentage than the healthy, which means that the management of their own health is very important. Conclusively, in order to reduce the number of nursing home workers to leave, a scheme to reduce the amount of work which helps reduce the exhaustion is required. Both the political consideration to increase job satisfaction and the surroundings to help organizational commitment are the two major factors which will reduce the number of leaving workers who are the necessary human power for the settlement of the successive long-term care insurance.
