      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the ethical implications of blockchain technology research from a cybersecurity perspective, especially ones that focus on enhancing governance practices and public service delivery. The objective of this study is to describe how to conduct ethically acceptable research in blockchain and cyber security; highlight the key ethical challenges that can arise from such research and recommend ways to overcome them following the Christian worldview and the Menlo Report. These recommendations will serve as a guide for future research and policy development for blockchain technology research in the public sector. By thoroughly analyzing the ethical dimensions of cybersecurity studies, this research seeks to contribute to the establishment of standards for ethics in cybersecurity studies, ensuring an ethical and beneficial implementation of blockchain technology in the public sector. Through the recommendations, this study provides a useful guide especially for Christian researchers to ensure ethical research practices when conducting research on blockchain technology and cybersecurity in the public sector.
