아파트 단지 내 복리시설 현황에 관한 사례연구-용인 지역 아파트 실내 주민운동시설을 중심으로-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the present situation of facilities and management of indoor sports center through a case study of Welfare Facilities in Apartment Housing which is one of the Plan-items for Differentiation. The study was made by survey through personal visitation and interview with the manager in the apartment.<br/>
The results are as follows: 1. The indoor sports center basically has a swimming pool and a fitness section and further more it has a mini golf course, a squash court and a room for aerobics. In order for people to use those facilities ;~')re efficiently, various kinds of programs which residents request should be provided. 2. There are two ways of managing the indoor sports center which are Contracting-out management and Self-management. Two of those cases which have been run more than a year are being operated by Self-Management. Further study is needed for managing those facilities more efficiently and professionally. 3 The indoor sports center take an important role in activating the community of the apartment by giving residents more chances to meet one another.<br/>
