체육학과 교수의 NCS 교육과정 인식 연구 = A Study on NCS Curriculum Awareness of Physical Education Professors

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 체육계열 교수들의 NCS 교육과정 인식을 분석하여 향후 체육계열 전문대학에서 NCS 기반 교육과정을 효과적으로 운영하는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은NCS 운영 경험이 있는 2년제 대학교수 체육계열학과 교수 110명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 3부를 제외하고 총 107부의 자료를 연구에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 데이터는 SPSS ver. 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 빈도분석, Cronbach's α 신로도계산, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, NCS 적용 직업훈련교육과정 인식도 하위요인인 기대효과와 만족도는 실행도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 적용 직업훈련교육과정 인식도 하위요인인 기대효과와 만족도는 적합도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, NCS 적용 직업훈련교육과정인식도 하위 요인인 인식수준, 기대효과는 NCS 훈련교육과정 필요성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of National Competency Standards (NCS) curricula among physical education faculty, with the aim of supporting effective implementation of NCS-based curricula in vocational colleges. Data were collected from 107 professors at two-year colleges with NCS curriculum experience and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 through factor analysis, reliability testing, correlation, and multiple regression. Through these procedures, the following results were obtained. First, faculty perceptions of expected effectiveness and satisfaction significantly affect the implementation of NCS curricula. Second, these factors also influence perceived appropriateness. Third,. both understanding and expected effectiveness impact perceptions of the necessity of NCS-based vocational training curricula.
