Social transformation from analogue to digital changes the viewpoint of a classroom orga-nization and also changes the criteria by which predicting the effectiveness of a classroom organization. Till now, many studies have been used the concept of a classroom climate to predict the effectiveness of a classroom organization. The study adopted the concept of a learning organization and examined whether the criteria of a learning organization could be applied to predict the effectiveness of a classroom organization. The study selected two classroom organizations based on their achievement test a year as an effective and noneffective group. The study diagnosed the two groups using the criteria of a learning organization which have six categories: shared vision and mental model; learning orientation; teacher``s readership; organizational structure; organizational culture; technical structure. The results indicated significant deferences between two groups in the five categories of the criteria of the learning organization except the technical structure cat-egory. This means that the concept of a learning organization could be applied to predict the effectiveness of a classroom organization.
