The paradigm shift from analog times to digital times has resulted in changing the place where many people learn and the ways that many people learn, which is totally different from the old times. As digital technology has made dramatic changes in every field of life, especially for the field of learning, it is imperative for us to rethink the nature of learning and knowledge resulting from the knowledge created by digital technology, not by human. It seems to us that digital technology can create and distribute any knowledge at a light speed in anytime, for anyone. One of the mapr issues to be tackled by this study is to raise the radical questions whether digital technology can facilitate the process of creating and sharing knowledge such a high speed in terms of the nature learning and knowledge. The following arguments is made to achieve the purpose of the study. The first., knowledge management and e- Learning is discussed through the lens of the concepts of knowledge, management., electronic space, and learning prior to making committment to integrate knowledge management into e-Learning. The myth and hyper-expectation of knowledge management and e-Learning is explored from this discussion. Next., the conceptual model is constructed for facilitating efforts to integrate knowledge management into e-Learning, followed by introduction to learning objects as the methodology to make an one stop solution for learners. This study explores the limitations of and problems with efforts to make an integrative solution from the perspectives of the nature of learning objects, arguing that the learner as subject has an active role for transforming information into knowledge, which is personal and useful for the learners. Finally this study leaves for the following study to re-think the major issues as follows: making relationship among learners, objects, digitalized in formation, and making practices processes.
