기후변화 -녹색혁명 시대 정치와 민주시민교육의 책무 프리드먼의 에너지- 기후시대론(E.C.E.)의 정치와 시민교육적 함의 = The Responsibilities of Politics and Democratic Citizenship Education in the Era of the Climate Change-Green Revolution

The problem of climate change and green revolution is becoming a big global issue as ``the fourth wave``. Thomas Friedman, the author of‘Hot, Flat, and Crowded``, prescribed our age as ``Energy-Climate Era(E.C.E).`` and presented ``Green Revolution`` as the key word of future survival strategy. The major matters of this study are as follows; (1) For the systematic consideration to the meaning of ``Energy- Climate Era(E.C.E)``, this study considers the concept, cause, and effect of the ``Hot, Flat, and Crowded`` (2) This study arranges the serious problem of ``Energy-Climate Era(E.C.E.)``, come into by combining of global warming, globalization and embalancing, explosing increase of population. (3) This study investigates the reason why the problem of climate change is political and what the responsibility of politics is. (4) This study discussed the reason why the problem of green revolution is educational, what the responsibility of citizenship education is, and suggested the direction and task of the citizenship education.
