      The purpose of this study is to come up with an idea, Activity-Based Teaching Method which will operate the first grade's curriculum integratively.
      Human is integrated being in nature, education is the process to develop a man of integration. So, it is reasonable that the appropriate method of juvenile education is the operation of the integrated curriculum. This argument is on the basis of Romantic or Developmental theories of Education.
      Curriculum integration tries out from the 4th elementary school curriculum in Korea. But I will not venture to say that the integration is made up well all the aspects of the curriculum. Above all, it is the most urgent to develop the integrated teaching method.
      On this, I presented Activity-Based Teaching Method, and it is an effective information which is needed for the teachers to operate their class integratively in the elementary school.
