FTA와 항만통합의 효율성에 관한 연구 : 부산항과 광양항을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper aims to implement an empirical research about the efficiency strategy of port alliance (Pivot on Busan port and Gwangyang port) and to suggest an effective strategy which can operate this ports more well and relative efficiency of 15 ports in the world for 10 years from 2003 to 2013 (every 5 years).
This study tries to apply the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model to port alliance. DEA is an efficiency evaluation model based on mathematical programming theory.
There is that integration of Busan Port and Gwangyang Port for development and competitive advantage of our country port due to the FTA conclusion is one alternative. Also, not the expansion of facilities after integration should measures for increasing the efficiency of operation is studied.
Through differentiation of integrated operation and small port of function, and to concentrate the amount handled, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of ports in response jointly to the change in the global port environment.
