경북 <인동아리랑>의 존재양상과 가치 = Presence and Value of <Indong Arirang> in Gyeongbuk provence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 경북 구미시 인동(仁同)지역에 전승되는 <인동아리랑>의 전승형태와 전파경로, 노랫말 등을 이웃 지역의 아리랑과 비교하는 가운데 그 특징을 파악하고자 했다. 지금까지 <인동아리랑>에 대하여 연구보고된 사례는 없다. <인동아리랑>은 <선산아리랑>과 같지만 다른 류의 <아리랑>임을 확인할 수 있다. 즉, <선산아리랑>은 ‘놀다가세’류의 후렴을 지니는 데 비하여 <인동아리랑>은 ‘넘어가세’류의 후렴을 지니기 때문이다. 또한 그 전파 경로는 <강원도아라리> 계열이 경북내륙으로 전파된 것과 유관하며, 경북 북부 안동권에서 영향을 더 받은 것으로 보인다. <인동아리랑>은 분명 지금 ‘만들어가는 전통’에 해당하며 지역문화창달과 지역민의 자긍심 고취에 긍정적이다. 2017년부터 매년 인동아리랑 축제를 열고 있으며, 합창이나 기악 등 다양한 장르 형태로 활발히 전승활동을 펼치고 있기 때문이다. 더 많은 자료수집과 연구가 앞으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본고는 그 초석을 놓는 데 의미가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis attempted to grasp the characteristics of "Indong Arirang", which is passed down to the Indong area of Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, by comparing the transmission form, propagation path, and lyrics with Arirang in the neighboring region. Until now, there have been no studies and reports on "Indong Arirang". "Indong Arirang" is the same as "Seonsan Arirang", but it can be confirmed that it is a different type of "Arirang". In other words, "Seonsan Arirang" has a chorus of the so-called "Nolda Gaseh(Go and have fun)" before the 20th century, whereas "Indong Arirang" has a chorus of the "Nuhmuh Gaseh(Let's move on)" like most other Gyeongbuk regions. In addition, the propagation path is related to the spread of "Gangwon-do Arari" to the inland of Gyeongbuk, and seems to have been more influenced by the Andong area in the north of Gyeongbuk. "Indong Arirang" clearly corresponds to the "tradition of making" now and is positive for creating local culture and promoting the pride of local residents. This is because the Indong Arirang Festival has been held every year since 2017, and is actively transmitting activities in the form of choral or instrumental music. More data collection and research should be conducted in the future.
