This study aimed to shed light on the effect of commitment to organization(team) depending on the type of leadership which is provided by the coach of Poomsae, and examine the effect that the degree of commitment to organization had on the satisfaction of players. The findings of this study based on the analysis of the survey indicted the followings: First, the correlation analysis of the leadership, commitment to organization, and satisfaction of players indicated that the most sub-factors had statistically significant correlation. Second, the outcome of multiple regression, which was performed to examine the relationship of effect among the leadership, commitment to organization, and satisfaction of players, pointed out that the effect of leadership on the emotional commitment among the sub-factors related to the commitment to organization had a statistically significant positive effect when the leadership focused on the training and instruction behavior, and by contrast, had a negative effect when authoritative behavior was displayed. Only the training and instruction behavior had a positive effect among the types of leadership in the case of continuous commitment to organization. And the training, instruction behavior, and positive feedback had a significantly positive effect in terms of the leadership that influences the normative commitment to organization.
