기독교 리더십의 학제간 연구에 대한 고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 기독교 리더십의 시각에서의 학제간적 연구에 대한 것이다. 이 시대 의 학제간 연구의 추세는 기독교 리더십 분야에서도 예외는 아니다. 기독교 리 더십 분야는 그동안 이러한 직간접적인 학제간 연구를 시도하여 왔다. 리더십 이란 분야는 그 본래의 특성상 학제간적 접근이 불가피하였으며 학제간적 연 구의 초점도 문제중심적이므로 리더십과 학제간 연구는 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 본고에서는 우선 학제간 연구에 대한 기초적 이해와 분류를 알아보았으며 특히 기독교 리더십 연구를 위한 내부학제간과 일반학제간, 그리고 기반학제 간을 구별하였다. 그리고 기독교 리더십의 특성상 신학적 시각에 의한 선택적 인 기반학제간 연구를 적절한 학제간 작업으로 제시하였다. 기독교 리더십의 구축에 있어서 과학 등의 분야들과의 학제간적 연구에 잇점이 있지만 이를 어 느 정도 제한할 수밖에 없는 신학적 평가들이 또한 존재한다. 그러나 기독교 리더십 연구는 적절한 학제간적 소통에 의하여 더욱 발전될 것으로 보인다. 신 학내부의 내부학제간 연구는 매우 중요하며 외부 학문과의 소통으로서의 일반 학제간 연구도 활발히 이루어져야 한다. 자연과학과 사회과학은 객관적 사실 을 입증하고 결국 하나의 세계관 형성에 관여하게 된다. 리더십을 위한 자연과학과 사회과학간의 학제간적 연구의 사례들을 간략히 알아보았는데 특히 복잡계 과학과 창발성 이론 등의 사회과학적이고 경영학적 인 적용들을 살펴보았다. 이러한 과학들로부터의 잇점을 분류하고 평가하였으 며 기독교 신학적으로 문제점들도 알아보았다. 그리고 자연과학적 통찰들을 직접 기독교 리더십의 패러다임에 적용하기보다는 우선 사회과학적 적용 단계 를 거친 후 신학적인 평가 작업이 이루어지고 최종적으로 기독교적인 리더십 패러다임을 구축할 것을 제안하였다. 일부 문제점들에도 불구하고 기반학제간 에 근거한 기독교 리더십의 신학적 학제간 연구로 인한 발전이 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article is for the introductory reflections on the interdisciplinary study in terms of Christian leadership. In addition to the interdisciplinary researches in many areas nowadays, there are also the remarkable trends of the interdisciplinarity in the area of Christian leadership. Actually, the characteristics of Christian leadership has been interdisciplinary long time ago, which has been essentially focused on the issues or the problems-orientedness rather than on one single discipline. It shows how necessarily the topic of Christian leadership is related to the interdisciplinary research methodology. In this article, the introduction to the interdisciplinary studies is made in the first part, and its classification is tried as follows; multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary. And, in the other classification, interdisciplinary, intradisciplinary, and infradisciplinary are considered for the new paradigm of Christian leadership. Particularly, it is suggested that the infradisciplinary approach can be one of the most appropriate ways to establish Christian leadership paradigm. While the intradisciplinary research usually deals with the communications among the disciplines within the homogeneous area, the interdisciplinary one communicates with the heterogenous disciplines across the various boundaries. Moreover, the examples for the interdisciplinary researches between the complexity theories in natural and social sciences and the leadership applications are summarized, and the evaluations for those interdisciplinarity in terms of Christian leadership are briefly made by the strengths and weaknesses.
