다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to separate and apply the system development project to develop a new weapon system and the performance improvement project to replace or additionally install components and technologies applied to other weapon system on the platform of the existing weapon system. Currently regardless of system development and performance improvement projects, the same situation applies to the selection of target projects, decision making, and business procedures.
It is considered that the performance improvement business process can be integrated and simplified, and the existing performance improvement business can be drastically reduced to a slight performance improvement to improve performance and quality in a short period of time, thereby increasing military combat power, improving the utilization rate of defence companies, and improving overseas export conditions.
