대인관계 효율성을 매개효과로 한 요양보호사의 사회적 인식이 업무 스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 요양보호사의 사회적 인식이 업무 스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계 효율성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구의 대상은 요양보호사로 2020년 7월~2021년 3월까지 수집된 설문 471부를 중심으로 SPSS와 AMOS 통계프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 요양보호사의 사회적 인식은 대인관계 효율성(ß=.124)과 업무 스트레스(ß=-.394)에, 요양보호사의 대인관계 효율성은 업무 스트레스(ß=-.284)에 유의미한 영향이 있었다. 또한, 요양보호사의 사회적 인식이 업무 스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계 효율성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 대인관계 효율성의 부분 매개를 확인했다(ß=-.035). 연구 결과에 따라, 요양보호사의 업무 스트레스 경감을 위한 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted for the purpose of verifying the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship efficiency in the effect of social perception of nursing care workers on work stress. The subject of this study was a nursing care worker, and it was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical programs, focusing on 471 copies of the questionnaire collected from July 2020 to March 2021. As a result of the study, the social perception of nursing care workers had a significant effect on interpersonal relationship efficiency(ß=.124) and work stress(ß=-.394), and the interpersonal relationship efficiency of nursing care workers had a significant effect on work stress(ß=-.284). In addition, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship efficiency in the effect of social perception of nursing care workers on work stress, the partial mediating effect of interpersonal relationship efficiency was confirmed(ß=-.035). According to the research results, practical suggestions for reducing work stress of nursing care workers were presented.
