서비스통합전략으로서의 사례관리실천경험에 관한 연구 = 안산시통합서비스네트워크를 중심으로

This research is to find out whether the integrated case management on local community bases is applicable and to provide couple of debate points discussed in accordance with the client centered service delivery system reformation by throughly analyzing practical experience. The case manager, administrative, and the head of the service institution from the organization participating consortium went through focus group interview while three coordinators from the center were deapthly interviewed. In data analysis, total 94 concepts were categorized with 37 sub-categories and 12 categories. In the paradigm model on the integrated case management practical experience shows that, through causal conditions such as sharing of client information and community resources, peer support, and integrated case conference, overcoming the boundary and limit of an organization was occurred as the central phenomenon. This type of central phenomenon lies on a contingent condition, a dilemma between case management and program. And it revealed that the action/interaction sequence, which consists of public social workers participation and the head of the service institutions understanding of integrated case management are accomplished by moderating conditions, the case management support function in Ansan Social Service Coordination Network Center. As a result, clients were provided with better integrated service, the local case management practice base were reinforced, and communication and solidarity in local community. In addition to this, the research result suggests that ,for the better adaptation of the integrated case management system, there should be detailed guidance and effectiveness evaluation scheme as to stabilization of the integrated case management system in community.
