웹 3.0 시대의 한국어교육 웹사이트 분석 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국어 학습자의 숫자는 폭발적으로 늘고 있고, 한국어 교육 현장에서 한국어 학습자들의 소재지와 학습 동기가 다양해지고 있다. 다양한 정보 기술이 발전하면서 전통적인 면대면 강의에서 벗어나 각종 매체를 사용하여 원거리에 있는 학습자와 교사가 교수학습 활동을 진행하는 원격 교육이 확대되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 시대가 이미 와 있고, 웹의 진화는 웹 1.0에서 웹 3.0으로 나아가고 있으며 기술적으로는 이미 웹 3.0 시대에 진입했다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 한국어학습에서는 아직 웹 1.0, 웹 2.0 초기의 수준에 머물고 있다는 의견이 지배적이다. 이렇게 빠르게 변화하고 있는 교육 환경에서 한국어 교육의 방법은 그에 맞춰 효율적으로 변화하고 있는지 점검할 필요가 있다.
본 연구에서는 한국어교육 컨텐츠를 제공하고 있는 18개의 웹기반 한국어학습 사이트를 선정 및 분석하여 4차 산업혁명과 웹 3.0 시대의 한국어교육 현황을 살펴보았다. 현재의 웹 기반 한국어교육에서 실현되지 않은 웹 3.0 시대의 교육 원리를 밝힌 후 빅데이터를 활용한 한국어교육 발전 방안을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
빅데이터를 활용한 한국어교육 방법에 대한 발전 방안을 제시하고 구체화하기 위해서 4차 산업혁명, 웹 3.0, 스마트러닝, 빅데이터 등 다양해진 학습 환경 요소의 개념을 정리하고 한국어교육의 필요성이 어떻게 연계되는지에 대해 알아보았다. 한국어교육 컨텐츠를 제공하고 있는 웹 기반 한국어학습 사이트들을 선정하여 웹 3.0 시대의 교육원리를 제시하는 특징으로 개인화, 지능화, 재생산성의 세 가지를 기준으로 한 틀을 통해 분석하였다. 마지막으로 빅데이터를 활용한 한국어교육 발전 방안을 제시하였다.
빅데이터 분석은 웹 3.0 시대의 교육과 떼놓을 수 없는 중요한 기술이 될 것이다. 지금까지 국립국어원 등에서 구축하고 있는 플랫폼과 데이터를 잘 활용하고 수정하여, 앞으로는 학습자 및 교원에 대한 빅데이터 수집과 분석을 통해 교육과 학습 전반에 걸친 맞춤형 서비스가 제공될 수 있게 해야 할 것이다. 이는 한국어 학습자와 교원의 재교육에도 효율적이고 긍정적인 결과를 가져올 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The number of Korean learners is exploding, and the location and motivation of Korean learners at Korean language education fields are becoming diverse. With the development of various information technologies, remote education is expanding, which uses various media to conduct teaching-learning activities by learners and teachers in long distances, away from traditional face-to-face lectures. The era of the fourth industrial revolution is already here, and the evolution of the Web is moving from Web 1.0 to Web 3.0, and technically it is already in the Web 3.0 era. However, the prevailing opinion in Korean studies is that it is still at the level of Web 1.0 and early 2.0. In this fast-changing educational environment, the method of Korean language education needs to be checked to see if it is changing efficiently in line with it.
In this study, 18 Web-based Korean language learning websites are selected and analyzed, which provide Korean language education content, and I looked at the status of Korean language education in the 4th Industrial Revolution and the Web 3.0 era. The purpose of this study is to present a plan to develop Korean language education using big data after revealing the educational principles of the Web 3.0 era that did not materialize in the current Web-based Korean language education.
In order to present and take concrete measures for the development of Korean language teaching methods using big data, the concepts of diverse learning environment elements such as the fourth industrial revolution, Web 3.0, smart learning and big data were organized and looked at how the need for Korean language education was linked. I selected Web-based Korean language learning websites that provide Korean language education content and analyzed them through a framework based on three criteria: personalization, intelligence and reproduction, as features that present the principles of education in the Web 3.0 era. Finally, I proposed a plan to develop Korean language education using big data.
Big data analytics will be an important technology in the Web 3.0 era. We should make good use of and modify the platforms and data it has been deploying at the National Institute of Korean Language so far, so that customized services across education and learning can be provided through big data collection and analysis of learners and teachers in the future. This will also bring efficient and positive results to the re-education of Korean learners and teachers.
