고등학생의 학교풍토 지각에 따른 창의성과 대인관계 연구 = A Study on Creativity and Interpersonal Relationship according to Students` Perception of School Climate in High Schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학생이 지각한 학교풍토에 따라 학생의 창의성과 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 학생이 지각한 학교풍토에 따른 학생의 창의성 수준의 차이와 학생의 대인관계 차원에 있어서의 차이, 그리고 학생의 대인관계 차원과 창의성 수준 간의 상관관계를 탐색하였다. 이에 본 연구는 강원도에 소재한 5개 고등학교 2학년 학생 523명(남학생 278명, 여학생 245명)을 대상으로 조사 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 학생이 지각한 학교풍토 유형에 따라 학생의 창의성 수준에 유의미한 차이가 있어 학교풍토를 개방적으로 지각한 학생의 창의성 점수가 높았다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 학생이 지각한 학교풍토 유형에 따라 학생의 대인관계 차원에 차이가 있어 학교풍토를 개방적으로 지각한 학생이 대인관계의 친애 차원 접수가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 대인관계와 창의성 간에는 부분적인 상관이 있었으며, 특히 융통성과 독창성이 친애 차원과 갖는 상관은 비록 작은 크기이기는 하지만 통계적으로 유의한 정적인 상관을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 학생이 지각하는 학교풍토 유형에 따라 학생의 창의성과 대인관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로, 학생의 욕구를 충족시키고 학교의 효과성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 개방적인 학교풍토를 조성하여야 한다는 시사를 받을 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of students` perceived school climate on creativity and interpersonal relationship in high school. The major research problems of the study were as follows: (1) Is there any significant difference in the level of high school students` creativity according to the types(Open and Closed Climate) of school climate perception? (2) Is there any significant difference in the dimensions(power and affiliation) of high school students` interpersonal relationship according to the types of school climate perception? (3) Is there any relationship between the dimensions of students` interpersonal relationship and creativity in high school? The findings of the study could be summarized as follows: First, there were significant differences in the level of high school students` creativity according to the types of school climate perception. Second, there were significant differences in the dimension of high school students` interpersonal relationship according to the types of school climate perception. Third, there was a partial correlation between interpersonal relationship and creativity. Especially, although small, the positive correlation between subordinate variables to creativity(Flexibility and Originality) and affiliation dimension showed statistical significance. Findings of this study have educational implications that the creation of open school climate is needed to satisfy students` needs and to maximize schools` effectiveness because students` perception of school climate affects students` creativity and the dimension of interpersonal relationship.
