지역인적자원 이동의 의미 고찰: 목포와 인근지역의 학령인구를 중심으로 = The Study of the Migration of the Human Resources to City Area from Rural Areas: Based on the distribution of School Age Populations in and near Mog-po area.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 지역인적자원의 중요한 일부분인 화령인구의 이동 현상 실태와 원인, 그리고 결과로 서 나타나는 현상을 확인하는 데 목척이 있다. 그리고 학령인구의 이동 현상이 지역사회 전반의 발전에 미치는 영향력과 그 의미를 고찰하력 하였다.
군 지역에서 시 지역으로의 학령인구 이동 현상은 지역사회의 우수한 인적자원 유출과 직결되는 현상이었다. 그리고 학령인구의 유출은 지역사회의 전반적인 학습 기능을 약화시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 지역사회의 학습 기능 약화는 또 다른 학령인구의 유출을 촉발하는 악순환을 불러일으킬 수 있다는 점에서 지역인적자원개발의 기반을 위협할 수 있으며, 이를 극복하기 위한 지속적인 논의가 요구된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to aim at inquiring into not only the reality and the cause, but also the phenomena of the migration of the school age populations in and near Mog-po areas, including how the migration of the school age populations effects on the development of this communities.
To the conclusions, the phenomena of the migration to city area from the rural area mean a brain drain from the rural area. Also this is found out to generally weakening the learning capacities of middle and high schools in rural areas. The learning capacities is be more weakened, the migration of the school age populations can be more enforced. And this fact need to discuss the basement to develope rural areas' human resources.
