제주지역 귀농⋅귀촌 교육 참여자 특성 및 교육 만족도 분석 = Analysis of Trainee’s Characteristics & Satisfaction on Education for Return to the Farm and Rural in Jeju

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the implication for the return farm and rural training program through the analyzed trainees’ satisfaction and general characteristics. This study polled 89 trainees who presented the Return farm and rural training program by Jeju Agricultural Research and Extension Service. and the results of analysis are as follows.
First, trainees’ general characteristics appeared very various at an age structure,stage and type of return farm and rural. Second, the overall satisfaction level for the training program was normal but it was different according to the trainees’ general characteristics, stage and type of Return farm and rural. This result was due to the unilateral training program. Consequently, it required a lot of efforts for the improvement of satisfaction through reflecting the trainees’properties in the training plan.
