소음 측정·평가법의 최근 동향과 그 문제점에 관한 연구 = Study on the Trends and Problems of Noise Measuring and Rating Method

국문 초록 (Abstract)

소음의 평가법은, 주파수의 변동과 레벨변동을 어떻게 처리해서 지역주민에 미치는 심리적 영향을 어떻게 측정ㆍ평가할 것인가의 합리적인 관계를 설정하는 것이다. 그러나 인간의 심리적 불쾌감의 속성과 그에 영향을 미치는 대상소음의 속성에 따라서 그 취급방법에는 차이가 있다.
본 연구는 이러한 각종 소음 평가법이 제외국에서 어떻게 이용되고 있으며, 이들의 사용상에서의 문제점을 지적하고, 또한 국제화의 동향 속에서, 각종의 평가법 및 그에 따른 평가기준에 우리에 실정에 맞추어서 체계적으로 확립되어야 할 필요성을 강조하고 아래와 같이 그 방향 및 기준을 제시하였다.
① 소음평가의 기초연구에 있어서의 심리적 속성(loudnessㆍnoisenessㆍannoyance 등)의 개념의 명확화
② 충격성 소음의 심리적, 생리적 평가법의 확립
③ 이종소음으로부터의 소음의 통일적 평가법의 확립
④ 실험실 실험과 사회조사의 정합
⑤ 주민반응 혹은 피해정도의 객관적 정량화 등

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The 'Noise Measuring and Rating Method, can be termed as how to analyze variations in frequency and sound 'level of noise. and to establish the relations between measurement and evaluation of psychological effect of noise on inhabitants.
But, there are kinds of diffences between the various noise evaluations, according to the characteristic of psychological discomfortness felt by inhabitants and of the sound source having influenc upon on their discomfortness.
Therefore, this study intended to investigate the current use of those preexisted noise evaluation methods and the problems in the practical application of them, to emphasize the necessity to revise the conditions and guides of the methods, and t o show the directions for establshing newly revised methods.
