북한에서 간행한 󰡔華城城役儀軌󰡕국역본 연구 = A Study on the Korean translations of Hwaseong-Seongyeok-Uigwe Published in North Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 북한에서 간행한 󰡔華城城役儀軌󰡕의 국역본을 대상으로 구성과 내용을 소개하고 고건축용어에 대한 북한의 국역 양상을 분석한 것이다. 북한의 국역본 󰡔화성 성역 의궤는 한문본에 수록된 39종 1,010건의 문건 중에서 25종 499건을 발췌하여 간행한 것이다. 주로 벌목 및 목재 운송, 채석, 운반 기구와 연장 등 건축과 직접적인 관련이 있는 기록들을 발췌하여 국역본에 수록하였다. 그리고 한문본에 있는 고건축용어들은 구(句)의 형태로 번역된 것이 다수 있으며, 동일한 용어를 2종에서 5종 이상으로 다르게 번역한 경우도 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The current study aims to examine the organization and contents of the North Korean translation of Hwaseong-seongyeok-uigwe and to analyze North Korean translation patterns regarding traditional architectural terminology. This North Korean version was published by extracting 499 items across 25 categories from more than 1,010 documents in 39 categories found in the original Chinese version. The selection primarily consists of records directly related to construction, such as logging, timber transportation, quarrying, and the use of transport equipment and tools. Regarding the translation of traditional architectural terms, many are rendered as phrases rather than single terms. Furthermore, some identical original terms were translated into multiple variants, with as many as two to five or more different renderings observed.
