투석실에서의 감염관리 표준지침 = Infection Control Guideline for Hemodialysis Room

국문 초록 (Abstract)

혈액투석을 하는 환자들은 심각한 기저질환이있는 상태에서 혈관에 유치도자를 가지고 있고,투석 중 혈액과 체액누출이 빈번한 점, 수혈을받는 경우가 많은 점 등 혈류감염의 위험성이 높기 때문에 의료관련감염에 취약하다. 또한 혈액투석환자들은 장기적으로 투석실을 이용함으로써 병원감염의 병원균과 지역사회감염의 병원균이 만나서 섞여 혼재하는 곳이다. 이에 대한병원감염관리학회는 질병관리본부의 지원에 의해 투석실에서 표준감염관리지침서를 개발하였다. 이지침은 투석용 혈관통로 감염관리, 투석용수관리, 투석액과 투석용수의 미생물학, 화학적 감시,투석액 구성요소 및 이동체계, 투석기, 투석과정에서의 소독, 폐기물 처리와 혈액이 묻은 튜브관리, 환자감시무균술과 표준주의, 기타환경관리등 11개의 장으로 구성되어 있고, 기본 감염관리술기를 위한 5개의 부록으로 구성되었다. 이 지침은 국내에서 최초로 대한병원감염관리학회와질병관리본부가 공동으로 승인한 투석실의 표준감염관리지침이다. 여기에서는 부록을 제외하고지침서를 출판하며, 전문은 대한병원감염관리학회(http://www.kosnic.org/)와 질병관리본부 홈페이지(http://www.cdc.go.kr)에서 내려받을 수 있다.
