인지적 독서 교육에 대한 비판적 검토 = An examination of reading education based on cognitive psychology

We accepted cognitive reading instruction since the fifth curriculum. At that time itwas a new approach for reading instruction. It was changed the reading educator’sway of thinking for the reading education. The korean language teacher took a ideathat reading should be learned in a cognitive way. we made an new aim of readingeducation, a new reading curriculum, new factors of teaching, reading textbooks,new teaching mothed and so on . As a result, we gained some good result oncognitive reading education. The aim of cognitive reading instruction is to increase the reading ability ofreader through teach the reading mechanism which are reading skills and readingstrategies. This reading instruction emphasizes to teaching the reading mechanism,but on the other hand it is careless of teaching the making idea. So, the readerwould gained the reading ability but he is weak to constructing idea. The reader’sidea that he learned in cognitive reading curriculum takes a trait of self-centeredness. This idea can be communicate the other.
