지역개발기구의 성공요인과 우리나라 광역위원회와의 비교연구 = A comparative study on the success factors between local Development agencies and the Regional Development Committee in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study shows the success factors in local development agencies which was proposed by LEED program of OECD and World Bank. To analyze the existent circumstances of the Regional Development Committee in Korea, it departmentalized success factors into co-ordination and co-operation leadership, rationality of problem solving, communication with clients, strong partnership, capacity and quality of staffs. About the success factors of the local development agencies as the Regional Development Committee, study examined through surveys of specialists, and qualitative factors, but the result of analysis were very negative. However, this result isn't telling about the negative facts of establishment of the local development agency. It's critical of not being operated as it supposed to be. As a result, this study shows the success factors of the local development agency as the Regional Development Committee are modification in functions between local governments, strengthen partnership with outside specialists and special organizations, and strengthen leadership of the local development agency's chairman.
