백두산 화산 폭발에 의한 탈북: 향방과 대비 = The Escape of North Korean Refugees due to the Baekdu Mt. Volcanic Eruption: Direction and Preparation

The main contents of this paper classify and presume the subjects, period, course, progress, and etc. of North Korean refugees that could possibly occur from the Baekdu Mt. Volcanic eruption, and present preventive solutions based on this hypothesis. Before the content stated above, this paper will study what effects the Baekdu Mt. volcanic eruption and North Korean refugees naturally bring to the internal part of North Korea as well as South Korea, neighboring countries around the Korean Peninsula and national society. This study also includes what factors (North Korea`s internal and external situation, the intensity and extent of damage from the Baekdu Mt. volcanic eruption, and etc.) need to be considered of the course of North Korean refugees. This writing suggests the foundation of the future direction and preparation of North Korean refugees. A prior examination of the present condition of supplements prepared for the occurrence of North Korean refugees due to the Mt. Baekdu volcanic eruption was brought up regarding the preventive assignments and solutions of this future possibility. Before arranging a specific direction and plan, we came up with the fact that it was necessary to clarify the establishment of a standard goal, and presented solutions such as forming an infrastructure of preparation tasks and solutions, preparation of urgent accommodation and stay in domestic and foreign countries, and the preparation for domestic immigration. Especially focusing on certain preparations for the possibility of North Korean refugee immigrations, a detailed approach was attempted accompanying thee phase and section provision after immigration, social integration preparations and plans, and etc.
