      Hydrologic-topographical parameters of a watershed need to use in hydrologic analysis and to support hydrologic model and to manage water resources efficiently. In this study, a system that can delineate Kum river sub-basin in real time and extract hydrologic-topographical parameters was developed under web environment using a web-based geographic information system (GIS). Though this system, users can easily obtain a watershed boundary by selecting outlet point and extract topographical parameters including watershed area, watershed circumference, the average altitude of watershed with certain web browsers. Also, users can obtain hydrological parameters including average SCS curve number through the overlay of landcover map, soil map and drain map utilizing grid computation into watershed.
