초등 교사의 웹 보조 교수법 활용 영향 요인 = Aanlyses of elements affecting use of web assisted instruction of elementary school teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 혁신의 차원에서 초등학교 교사들의 웹 보조 교수법 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역 초등학교 교사들을 대상으로 컴퓨터 사용 경험, 혁신성, 자기 효능감, 혁신의 속성(상대적 이익, 적합성, 복잡성, 시도 가능성, 관찰 가능성), 주관적 평가와 일반적인 사항에 관한 설문지 조사를 실시하였고, 최종 148부의 설문지를 일원변량분석과 다중회귀분석에 의해 분석하였다. 웹 보조 교수법 활용에 대한 일반적인 실태 결과는 학년별로 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 초등학교 교사들의 웹 보조 교수법 활용에 컴퓨터 사용 경험, 적합성, 혁신성, 연령, 시도 가능성이 주요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 웹 보조 교수법을 활용하고자 할 때에는 교사들에게 사전에 충분한 컴퓨터에 대한 사전 연수가 이루어져야 하겠고, 기존의 수업 방식과 유사한 환경을 구축하는 것이 중요하다는 점, 정보화의 인프라 구축과 함께 정책적인 차원에서의 지원이 계속적으로 이루어져야 하겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyse elements affecting use of web assisted instruction of elementary teachers in aspect of innovation. For this, a survey research was conducted about experience of computer use, innovativeness, self-efficacy, attributes of innovations(relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability), subjective norm, and general items on elementary school teachers in Gyung-gi province. 148 surveys were analysed by one way ANOVA and multi regression analysis. There was a statically meaningful difference among grades about result of the realities in use of web assisted instruction. And it showed that Experience of computer use, compatibility, innovativeness, age, and trialability were main elements affecting use of web assisted instruction of elementary school teachers. It suggests that advance training about computer use could be carried out if web assisted instruction is used by teachers. It is also important to construct teaching environment similar to traditional teaching method, and to assist schools in educational policy continually with infra structure of information.
