This article focused on the mobility which is not only an old theme of historiography but also in recently attracted much interest as a new knowledge paradigm. And this tried to explain heterological mobility phenomena which are operated by several means of transports matter and of course human, and which are studyed now several aspects of it by Lancaster School as John Urry et al.. Interests on such mobility paradigm are represented by transports as such bike, automobile, locomotive or airplane as carriers are related to searching for complicated working process with human. In mobility paradigm our concerns are on intersection of multilayerd complex realm. Mobility reiterated on localized micro-structure and happened between globalized sedentarism and mobility. For explaining these phenomena my concerns are on Actor-Network Theory of Bruno Latour that would be useful to making of human knowledge include scientific knowledge in the cultural space. My main concern is to appropriate Actor-Network Theory to explain continually changing the phenomenon especially human mobility such subjects of migration, tourism, travel, philgrimage, logistics mobility etc. I think this several social issues which are arosed under the mobility paradigm are could be interpreted in terms of the through concept of ‘negotiation’, ‘translation’ ‘intermediary’ and ‘practice’ in Actor-Network Theory. Then Actor-Network Theory provide new horizons to mobility paradigm by understanding the stance of space of mobility, so it would contribute to the Locality studies. Actor-Network Theory supposes that in the actor-network space a social relation is represented as a semiotic and a material not as a priori reality but as a products of negotiation and translation. So our notification on place and space which plays rhizomic hybrid time-space network is raised under system complexity which maintained creativity by agencies. And the result in hybrid products of intermediary will appear in ordinary life practice of heterological agencies.
