      This study was to study the variables that can affect the development of sensitive home day care teacher, through the development of a sensitive child care teachers is responsible for the infant to have a purpose like to help to provide quality child care services. The result of this study were as follows. First, infant development knowledge in accordance with the socio-demographic variables of the home day care teachers with the were significantly in education and experience infant classroom experience. Second, organizational culture according to socio-demographic variables of the home day care teachers with the were significantly in age, experience and infant classroom experience. Third, sensitive development according to socio-demographic variables of the home day care teachers with the were significantly in education and certification acquire paths. Fourth, Infant development knowledge and organizational culture of the home day care teacher has a significant correlation with the overall sensitivity development.
