예술치료 수퍼바이저 발달과정에 대한 합의적 질적 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 예술치료사가 수퍼바이저로 입문하고 성장해가는 과정에서 어떠한 경험을 하는가, 그리고 그러한 경험들은 수퍼바이저로서의 성장과정에서 어떠한 영향을 주었는가에 대한 질적고찰로, 개인의 '고유한' 경험으로서, 그리고 개인 간 ‘공유하는’ 경험으로서 수퍼바이저 발달과정을 합의적 질적 연구(Consensual Qualitative Research: CQR) 방법을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 참여자들은 수퍼자이저 경력 최소 5년에서 최대 18년의 예술치료사들이었으며, 이들의 진술을 분석한 결과, ‘초보 수퍼바이저 경험,’ ‘수퍼바이저의 노력 경험,’ ‘수퍼바이저의 발달 경험,’ ‘향후 수퍼바이저의 발달 목표,’ ‘국내 수퍼비전 발전 방향’으로 총 5개의 영역과 각 영역에 속하는 19개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 예술치료 수퍼바이저들의 발달과정에 대한 심층적 이해와 더불어 향후 수퍼바이저를 위한 교육과 훈련에 있어 중요한 지침을 제공한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to qualitatively investigate supervisors’ lived experiences in their professional developmental process as supervisors in the field of creative arts therapy. The interview data collected from 10 supervisors with average of 12.1 years of experience were analyzed using consensual qualitative research (CQR) method, and 5 domains and 19 categories were produced as the result. The result of the study provides more comprehensive understanding of supervisors’ development and useful information on education/training for supervisors in creative arts therapy.
