비서학 영역 확대를 위한 기초연구 = The Basic Research on Expanding the Field of Secretary Studies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

시대의 흐름에 따라 명칭이 변경되거나 사라지는 등 비서학 영역이 축소되고 있는 상황 속에서 현실에 대한 다각적이고 적극적인 방안 마련이 시급한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 축소되고 있는 비서학 영역을 확대하기 위한 기초적 토대를 체안 하고자 하였다
본 연구의 목적은 한국의 비서과를 중심으로 1992년 이후의 연도별 학과 명칭 을 조사하여 비서과의 동향을 파악하고 향후 우리나라의 비서과가 추구해야 할 핵심적인 학문영역 즉, 추구해야할 핵심적인 가치를 제시하고자 하였다
분석은 세 가지 측면에서 이루어졌는데, 비서과 명칭의 변화, 비서과와 비서 유 사학과의 공통 학문영역 추출, 타과에서 볼 수 있는 비서과의 공통학문 영역에 대한 조사이다
주요결과는 첫째, 비서과의 명칭은 시대적, 사회적, 경제적 흐름에 따라 변했고 생성기, 성장기, 성숙기, 쇠퇴기, 진화기의 과정을 발견할 수 있었다. 둘째, 비서과 와 비서 유사학과의 공통학문 영역은 의사소통영역, 사무기술 영역을 추출할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 타과에서 볼 수 있는 비서과의 공통학문영역은 의사소통영역, 사무기술영역을 발견할 수 있었다
향후 비서학 영역을 확대하기 위한 연구는 다양한 현상에 대한 분석과 비서학문 의 핵심적인 가치를 주장하는 이론적, 실천적 방법론을 제시하는 방향으로 수행되어 쳐야하며, 비서교육의 학문적 정체성을 확립하는 방향으로 나아가야한다

Considering the reductive situation of the field of secretary studies such as department title changes as time goes by, it is urgent to prepare the needed strategy on the actual situation of the secretary studies
For this reason, I suggest the fundamental basis to expand the field of secretary studies that is getting reduced recently
The aim of this study is to investigate the title trend of the department of secretary studies, grasp the tendency of the department of secretary studies, and come up with the core value of the studies to pursue the field of secretary studies in Korea
The analysis in this study accomplished three aspects such as the change of department titles, the common studies between the department of secretary studies and the departments of related secretary studies, and the investigation of the field of common studies in the department of secretary studies
At first, the major results of this study is that the title has been changed by the passage of time, society and economy situations, and that there was a process of period of formationgrowingmaturitydownhill and evolution
Secondly, it results in the mutual understanding of field studeis between the department of secretary studies and related studies
Finally, it found the field of mutual understanding of office work skills and common studies in other departments
The futures research in the filed of secretary studies should be executed to present the theoretical and practical methods to declare the core value of secretary studies and it must establish the identity of the education of secretary studies
