항공서비스관련학과 대학생의 문화자본과 직업포부와의 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과 연구 = Moderating Effects of Emotional Intelligence in Relationship between Cultural Capital and Occupational Aspiration for Airline Service Major College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research focuses on moderating effects of emotional intelligence in between cultural capital occupational aspiration in the case of airline service major students in Korea. Based on a survey of 264 students, analyses of personal characteristics, students’ cultural capital, emotional intelligence and occupational aspiration lead to the following findings. First, student’s cultural capital positively affect occupational aspiration. Second, positive effects are found partially students’ cultural capital on emotional intelligence. Third, when hierarchical regression analysis are performed on students’ cultural capital, emotional intelligence and occupational aspiration only the ‘cultural activity’ factor shows moderating effects. So, Emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the relationship between student’s cultural capital and occupational aspiration.
