뇌정위적 수술기법에 의한 낭종성 뇌낭미충증의 비침해적 적출술에 관한 소고 = Non-Invasive Extirpation of Cystic Intracerebral Cysticercosis by Stereotactic Technique

국문 초록 (Abstract)

낭종성 뇌낭미충증은 일종의 뇌종양으로서 수술로써 적출하지 않으면 안되는 예가 대부분이며 이제까지는 전신마취하에 개두술을 통하여 낭종을 적출하였다.
이러한 고전적 수술기법과는 다르게 최근 본 교실에서는 개두술을 시행하지 않고 국소마취하에 비침해적으로 CT-guided stereotatic technique로서 낭종성 뇌낭미충을 성공적으로 완전 적출하였기에 유익한 새로운 수술기법으로서 이를 정리하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Cerebral cystic cysticercosis is relatively common disorder and have many problems in treatment. Medical treatment is composed of steroids and praziquantel, however, lots of cystic cerebral cysticercosis should be extirpate surgically.
The authors have tried less invasive and less traumatic extirpation of cystic intracerebral cysticercosis by CT guided stereotactic surgery. This CT guided stereotactic technique can achieve many advantages and can reduce the operative risks than an conventional removal of cyst by craniotomy, even although in case of multriple lesions.
