전문대생의 취업불안과 취업스트레스 관계 : 취업준비행동과 구직효능감의 순차적 이중매개효과 = The Relationship Between Job-Seeking Anxiety and Job-Seeking Stress in College Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전문대생의 취업불안, 취업스트레스, 취업준비행동, 구직효능감 간 관계를 알아보고, 취업불안과 취업스트레스의 관계에서 취업준비행동과 구직효능감의 순차적 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 전문대학 재학 및 졸업 1년 이내 249명을 대상으로 취업준비행동, 취업스트레스, 취업불안, 구직효능감 척도를 사용하여 온라인으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0과 Process macro 4.2를 사용하여 매개모형을 검증하였으며, 부트스트래핑을 통해 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 취업불안과 취업스트레스의 관계에서 취업준비행동과 구직효능감은 간접효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이는 취업불안이 취업준비행동을 촉진시키고 이로 인해 구직효능감이 높아져서 취업스트레스를 낮출 수 있음을 의미한다. 이를 근거로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among job-seeking anxiety, job-seeking stress, job-seeking preparation behavior, and job-seeking efficacy of junior college students, and to examine the sequential dual mediating effect of job-seeking preparation behavior and job-seeking efficacy on the relationship between job-seeking anxiety and job-seeking stress. For this purpose, data were collected online using the Employment Preparation Behavior Scale, Employment Stress Scale, Employment Anxiety Scale, and Job Search Efficacy Scale for 249 students who attended and graduated from junior colleges nationwide. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and Process macro 4.2, and the significance of the indirect effect was verified through bootstrapping. As a result, it was found that job preparation behavior and job search efficacy had a significant indirect effect on the relationship between job-seeking anxiety and job-seeking stress. This means that job-seeking anxiety can have a positive effect on job-seeking preparation and job-seeking activities by promoting job-seeking preparation behavior and enhancing job-seeking efficacy.
