국제전자상거래에서의 재판관할과 준거법 = 미국, 유럽연합, 한국간의 비교ㆍ검토를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the scale of electronic commerce increases more and more, disputes in the electronic commerce also happen more frequently. As the development of electronic commerce is difficult without smooth settlement of dispute, the pursue of smooth settlement of dispute is very important.
Meanwhile, the most common method relating to the settlement of dispute is litigation. Then relating to the litigation, the subject of jurisdiction and the subject of governing law should be resolved above all. Regarding these subjects, I execute comparative study among USA, EU and Korea in this paper. In executing comparative study I examine related national laws and conventions(Brussel Convention, Rome Convention) chiefly. In particular as to the subject of jurisdiction in USA, I execute related U.S. case study, which will assist in the solution of the subject of international jurisdiction hereafter.
At any rate I wish this study will provide interested parties for some help, and international interest and cooperation will be more heightened to solve these subjects.
