      This study presents the policy course for promotion of organizational knowledge hereafter that one is to identify about that one prefer a learning channels with the methods of application knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing as factors of knowledge management in local government. In other to aim of this study by decision tree analyzsis, it setting up organizational self-knowledge as target variable and internal learning channels (relational and non-relational) and external learning channels (relational and non-relational) as predictor variable. Test results of this study show that it get accomplished the knowledge management process from a fellow worker in internal relational learning channel, from non-official meeting of intra-agency in internal non-relational learning channel, from the regular contact inter relative agency in external relational learning channels, and from internet or newspaper, books in external non-relational learning channels. This study suggests the implications what is to facilitate communication inter fellow worker (public servants) for promotion of organizational knowledge and knowledge management in local government.
