救荒食品의 關한 少考 : 甘藷 및 馬鈴薯 = On the Famine Relief Provisions

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is attempted to develop the famine relief provisions for the shortage of food production by a natural disaster. It's, also, intended to make some suggestions for food production policy to the government not only our country but also worldwide provisions.
The term, famine relief foods, means the provisions which is preparing in temporality to meet extreme shortage of food stuffc by the drought, chilly damage, war, and other extraordinary phenomena in heaven and earth.
Enumerative food stuffs as famine relief provisions are white potatoes, sweet potatoes, formbrakes, radish's leaves, and other vegetables et cetera.
These food stuffs are intaking, even though not much, in our everyday life as a side-dish.
Especially, white patatoes and sweet potatoes comparing with the other famine relief provisions are the most outstanded and useful one. Because, they have a good nutrition. Therefore, we have to try to graw into a habit of eating these potatoes as a daily food.
