발달 수준 , 지도 목적 , 지도 과정에 따른 상담지도의 훈련 모형 = The training model of counselor supervision by the developmental level , the purpose of supervision , and the process of supervision

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 상담지도 훈련 모형에 관한 선행연구를 분석하여 상담지도의 훈련 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 그 결과 상담지도의 훈련 모형은 3(발달 수준)×3(지도 목적)×3(지도 과정)의 단계로 나누어서 실시되어야 한다는 결론을 도출하였다. 여기서 발달 수준은 초보자, 중급 수련자, 고급 수련자로, 지도 목적은 과정, 개념화, 인격화로, 지도 과정은 초기 단계, 중간 단계, 종결 단계로 다시 나누어졌다.
그러나 모든 수련자가 이러한 9가지의 훈련을 다 거치는 것이 아니라 수련자의 발달 수준에 적합한 내용에 대한 훈련만을 받게 되어 있다. 즉 초보자는 단지 '과정'까지만, 중급 수련자는 '개념화' 단계만을, 고급 수련자는 '인격화' 단계에 대한 훈련을 받되 상담지도자는 지도 과정에 따라 다양한 전략과 지도 기법을 사용할 것을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to suggest the training model of the counselor supervision. So the previous researches of supervision were analyzed.
As the result of the analysis it was proposed that the training of counselor supervision should be devided into the 3 (the developmental level of supervisee : beginner, the intermediated, and the advanced)×3(the purpose of supervision : process, conceptualization, and personalization)×3(the process of supervision : entry, intermediate, and termination).
Every supervisee needs not to receive all the training. The beginners receives training only the process among the purpose of supervision, and the supervision strategy is differentiated along with the process of supervision. The intermediate are trained by the conceptualization among the purpose of supervision after assessing the level of process by the inventory. Of course supervisor utilized the different strategies and tactics along the stage of supervision. And after receiving the inventories of the certification of the intermediate, the advanced are supervised along the purpose of the personalization along with the stage of the process. Also in this stage the strategies and tactics are differentiated, and supervisor utilizes all the methods.
