韓國의 地籍測量代行制度에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Cadastral Surver Agency in Korea

This paper studied on the background of a cadastral survey agency system, the foundation or control of a agency corporation, the agency effect of a cadastral survey, the contribution about the country of agency system and the problem supporting of a cadastral survey agency organization through the comparison or analysis of the foreign cadastral survey system.
The justification and economy system of the cadastral survey agency system through a organization analyze a following problem as a converting a national direct management system.
The cadastral company of Korea as a cadastral survey agency corporation is necessity on the importance of the property, the unit policy of the registration number, the world trend for the multi-cadastral and the future of the cadastral survey about contribution degree of the country for a future.
This Paper concluded that the study method investigated on centering the relation law on the basis of a domestic and foreign the scientific journal, the several scientific essay, the statistic data of the government and the public servant and specialist.
Finally, we have to treat with demand of the land information the strong pursact of national land reinvestigation project.
