과정 중심 읽기 수업 능력 신장을 위한 자기 수업 비디오 분석 과정 연구 = A Study on the Course of the Analysis of One’s Own Class Video for the Improvement of the Class Leading Ability in the Course-Oriented Reading

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 교사의 과정 중심 읽기 수업 능력을 신장하는데에 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 실제 수업을
계획•실행하여 비디오로 촬영하고, 수업 분석 요소에 의거하여 분석한 후, 이를 현장의 실정에 맞게
수정•보완하는 과정을 거쳤다.
기존의 수업 분석들은 교육학 분야에서 추구하는 교육의 공통적 기준을 가지고 수업의 질을 판단하였기에,
각 교과의 특성을 살린 수업개선의 방향은 크게 제시해 주지 못하였다. 최근에는 각 교과별 수업의 보편성과
특수성, 독자성의 측면에 접근한 수업 분석요소들이 개발되면서, 각 교과별 수업의 질적 향상을 꾀하고 있다.
이에 본 연구에서도, 국어과의 읽기수업 능력 신장을 위하여, 자기 수업 비디오 분석 기법을 활용해서,
과정중심 읽기수업과 수업분석을 통하여, 읽기전략의 선택이나 방법 및 개선점을 찾아내어 이를 수정•보완
하고, 읽기수업 분석요소를 재구성하여 수업의 질이나 교사의 수업 능력신장을 모색하고자 하였다. 이 연구가
일선교사들의 과정중심 읽기수업 능력을 신장하는 데에 많은 보탬이 되기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to improve teacher’s class leading ability in the
course-oriented reading. For this, we videotaped the actual classes after
planning in detail. Then, we analysed those videos based on the class
analysing elements. Also, we have modified the class analysing elements in
according to the actual conditions of real educational situations.
Since the prior studies have analysed the quality of classes focused on common
criteria pursued in the discipline of pedagogy, they could not suggest the
direction or the guideline of the classes considering each curriculum properties.
However, many class analysing elements which approach the aspects of
the universality, particularity, and independency of the reading class in
Korea have been developed recently. Such developed elements can lead to
the quality improvement of the course-oriented reading classes.
Therefore, this study intends to improve the quality of classes and
teachers7 abilities by modifying and supplementing the ways of reading
strategies in the course-reading classes. Also, it intends to reconstruct the
analysing element of reading classes.
Through this study, we expect this study to contribute to the improvement
of teacher’s class leading ability in the course-oriented reading.
