전문가 학습공동체 구현양상에 관한 질적 연구:혁신학교를 중심으로 = A Qualitative Research on the Professional Learning Community in Innovation Schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 교사의 전문성 신장, 지속적인 교육개혁, 학교 교육력 제고 방안으로 전문가 학습공동체가 각광 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신학교를 대상으로 전문가 학습공동체의 형성과정을 살펴보고 정책상의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.연구결과 단위학교 중심의 전문가 학습공동체는 학년부 중심의 경험학습의 장으로 나타났고 그 형성수준은 다양하게 나타났다. 전문가 학습공동체 형성 수준에 영향을 주는 인과적 조건은 교사의 자발성, 협력관계 형성, 그리고 비전․가치․신념의 공유로 나타났고 이러한 조건들은 전문가 학습공동체 형성과정에서 공동으로 성찰하고 실천하기, 소극적으로 따라가기라는 행동/상호작용을 야기하고 있었다. 여기에 영향을 주는 중재적 조건은 민주주의 실현, 교장의 역할, 변화촉진자, 행정업무 경감으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 학년부 중심의 학교조직체제의 내실화, 학습공동체의 직무연수로 인정 확대 등의 정책상 시사점을 도출하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Professional Learning community have become the best option for addressing teachers’ professional development, attaining sustainable school reforms, and achieving educational power enhancement. The primary purpose of this study is to deduce the policy implications by analyzing the Professonal Learning Community(hereafter referred to as "PLC") in the innovation schools, especially in Seoul.The main findings of this study are as follows: Firstly, the causal factors which impact the PLC building in innovation schools are self motivation, cooperational relationships, and the sharing of vision, values and beliefs. These factors result in peer reflection, implementaion, and interaction among teachers and adminstrators in innovation schools. Secondly, the mediate factors in building PLC in innovation schools are the democratic school system, the principal’s role, the change faciliators, and workload reduction.Based on these studies, successful PLC building in the school requires the advanced same-grade level school teacher systems and the accreditation of PLC as the official training course
