대학생의 평가염려 완벽주의와 우울, 불안간의 관계에서 타인에 의한 타당화 매개효과 = The Effects of Evaluative concerns perfectionism upon the College students's Depression and Anxiety with Validation from others as a Mediating Factor

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 평가염려 완벽주의, 타인에 의한 타당화가 우울, 불안과 어떤 관계가 있는지 알아보고 타인에 의한 타당화가 평가염려 완벽주의와 우울, 불안간의 관계를 매개하는지를 검증해봄으로써 우울, 불안을 겪고 있는 대학생들을 상담하는데 중점을 두어야 할 요인을 제안하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상자들은 전국에 위치한 대학교에 재학중인 대학생 302명이었다. 평가염려 완벽주의, 타인에 의한 타당화, 우울, 불안, 각 변인간의 상관계수를 산출하여 관련성을 알아보았고, 타인에 의한 타당화가 평가염려 완벽주의, 우울, 불안간의 관계를 매개하는지를 알아보기 위하여 Baron 과 Kenny(1986) 방식을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 평가염려 완벽주의는 우울, 불안과 정적 상관을 보였고, 타인에 의한 타당화도 우울, 불안과 정적 상관을 보였다. 또, 타인에 의한 타당화는 평가염려 완벽주의와 우울, 불안과의 관계를 각각 부분 매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 대학생의 우울, 불안 수준을 낮추기 위하여, 변화가능한 개인의 내적 신념인 타인에 의한 타당화를 다루는 것이 효과적임을 보여주는 결과이다. 끝으로 연구결과의 제한점과 후속연구의 제언을 덧붙였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study eaxamined correlation between evaluation concerns perfectionism and depression and exiety for suggest eliments in college students counseling, validation from others as a mediator evaluative concerns perfectionism and depression and anxiety. Reseafch participants were 302 college students in Korea. Hierarchical regression analysis was suggested by Baron & Kenny(1986) was implemented to understand the mediation effect of validation from others among maladaptive perfectionism, depression and anxiety. The result indicated the significant positive corrlation between evaluation concerns perfectionism and anxidty and depression, validation from others indicatied the significant positive correlation between anxiery and depression. Also, validation from others partially mediated the relationship between evaluation concerns perfectionism and depression and partially mediated the validation from others between evaluation concerns perfectionism and anxiety. The resutl suggest that it is treatment of validation from others is efficient for down level of anxiety and depression in colldge students. The implications and limitation of this study were discussed.
