School as an organization makes great efforts to secure its best alternatives and decisions, in the way for rational solution of its complex problems. In such trials, various decision-making models have been developed and applied to the situations of educational organizations, and still more rational processes and strategies are under discussion.
Recently as the emphasis of school-based decision making and management, rational participation of school teachers and searching for useful strategies of decision making in educational organizations are emerging.
The main contents of the study were to examine various models concerning decision making, and to explore and suggest some strategies of more rational decision making determined by decision making types and participation ranges, with the interests of heightening the productivity and effectiveness for achieving objectives and problem-solving of educational organization.
