기독교 영성과 정신건강의 관계성

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기독교 영성과 정신건강의 관계성에 대한 연구이다. 정신건강은 주지한 바와 같이 인생에 있어 얼마나 중요한지 모른다. 그런 정신건강이 기독교 영성과 밀접한 관계성이 있다는 것도 알아보았다. 그리고 영성은 정신건강의 근간을 이룬다는 것도 살펴보았다. 또 자살에 대한 예를 알아보았다. 그런 자살이 자행되는 여러 가지 원인들이 있겠지만, 연구자는 가장 심각한 문제는 생의 목적이 불분명한 것이 가장 크다고 본다. 인생은 어디서 와서, 무엇 때문에 살며, 어디를 향해 가며, 내가 왜 인생을 살아야 하는지를 인식하는 것이 자살예방에 가장 중요한 요소라고 생각한다. 역사적으로 기독교 전통을 살펴보면, 기독교 영성과 정신건강은 밀접한 관계를 갖고 선지자나 제사장, 사도, 교부, 사제, 목사 등이 주도했었다. 이것은 성령의 능력과 영적인 훈련과 영혼돌봄과 공동체 안에서 이뤄지는 점진적인 성장과 성숙의 과정이었다. 이런 방식으로 현실적인 다양한 문제들을 경험이 많은 권위자와의 관계와 성경적으로 대처하는 것을 배웠던 것이다. 마찬가지로 우리나라도 일제시대와 6. 25 전쟁 당시 소수의 기독교인들이 그 시대를 주도할 만큼 영향력을 발휘한 것처럼 숫자의 문제가 아니라 기독교 영성을 키워 시대와 사회를 앞서가는 영적인 리더가 되어야 할 것이다. 이제는 과거 믿음의 선진들이 그랬듯이 기독교 영성을 겸비한 각 분야 지도자들이 한국교회와 사회를 이끌어야 교회도 사회도 소망이 있다고 사료된다. 많은 영성이 이 세상에는 존재하지만, 그 중에 기독교 영성은 하나님과 예수님, 성경과 기독교 전통 등에서 나오는 것이다. 현대에 와서 기독교 영성이 정신건강에 끼치는 영향이 과학적으로도 자꾸 증명이 되고 있다. 그러므로 이 시점에서 기독교 영성의 침체기에 빠진 한국교회는 다시 과거에 충만했던 기독교 영성을 증진해야 한다는 막중한 사명을 재인식해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a study on the relationship of Christian spirituality and mental health. Mental health is common knowledge that in life doesn't realize how important it is. We recognized that such mental health is so close relationship with Christian spirituality also. we looked up the spirituality that also forms the backbone of mental health. and I recognized an example of suicide. While there are different reasons, a researcher who has researched suicide claims the most serious problem is not clear of the life's purpose. Recognizing why they needs that where did their life come from and live for, what made, where to look ahead to is the most important element in preventing suicides I think. Looking at the historical Christian traditions, Christian spirituality and mental health has a close relationship with the prophet or priest, apostle, fathers, pastors, etc had led. This was a gradual process of growth in soul and spiritual care and community training and maturity achieved by the power of the Holy Spirit. In this way, you have learned to cope with various problems in the relationship and a realistic biblical authority and the experienced. Similarly, as influential enough to lead our country christian leader during japanese war and 6.25 war times, although the small number of Christians is not a matter of numbers, will also be spiritual and social leader leading the age. Now as did the christian leader of the past advanced, the korea christian and each sector leaders well-fitted with spirituality should lead, for it is considered will be hopeful our the church and society. Although lots of spirituality in this world exists, but the Christian spirituality get out of God and Jesus, Bible and Christian traditions, etc. In the present day, Christian spirituality is proven that affecting mental health again and again scientifically. Therefore, at this point, the Korean church in Christian spirituality facing a recession should realized great important mission again that must lead the promotion of Christian spirituality filled in the past.
