A study on the Korean Ancient Poetry through the method of Form criticism. This thesis is to investigate Korean Ancient Poetry "poongyo(風謠)" among the Hyang-ka Genre and "jeong-seok-ga(鄭石歌)" among the Sok-yo Genre.
Korean Ancient Poem "poongyo(風謠)" is traditional folksong at first. In order to change "setting in social life" this folksong, "poongyo(風謠)" words bear a meaning of the Buddhist song.
Not only "poongyo(風謠)" among the Hyang-ka Genre but also "jeong-seok-ga(鄭石歌)" among the Sok-yo Genre is Korean traditional folksong at first. In order to change "setting in social life" this folksong, "jeong-seok-ga(鄭石歌)" words bear a meaning of the loyal song.
