This study focuses on the analysis of child care policy which supports low income families and infant caring families. The mediate child care services for poor families are essential, as their children are exposed to enormous environmental dangers.<br/>
The present government policy puts more emphasis on expanding fee-free caring for five-year-old child than on supporting poor families. As a result, complementary child care policy of 'Choice and Concentration' is actively required to aid low income families.<br/>
Baby care policy should be expanded for the families with working problems caused by delivery and nursing. It is necessary to retouch existing private child care facilities institutionally to accept more infants than now. Also home visiting family care system which government is planning to adopt can be a supplementation of the present system.
