한부모가족 지원체계로서의 리더십코칭접근

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 이혼율의 증가로 한부모가족이 크게 늘고 있다. 정부에서는 한부모가족의 생활안정과 복지증진을 위하여 2007년 한부모가족지원법을 개정하는 등 한부모가족의 지원을 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나 이들에 대한 심리적인 측면에서의 지원은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 한부모가족 지원체계로서의 리더십코칭접근의 가능성을 검토해보는 것이다. 이를 통하여 한부모가족의 심리적 지원을 위한 한부모가족지원체계로서의 리더십코칭 부모교육프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의를 둔다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위하여 한부모가족과 리더십코칭에 대한 연구동향을 살펴보고 리더십코칭의 한부모가족을 위한 지원체계로서의 접근 가능성을 탐색해보고자 하였다.

Recently, The population of single parent continues to increase. Although there was effortnfor the welfare of single parent family in government position, like a reform the law, namenof 'single parent family support', But it was not enough for support of psychological aspect.nSo, The purpose of this study is to investigate for the possibility from the leadershipncoaching to support system of single parent family, Especially this study was focused thatnproviding fundamental data for development of leadership coaching program.
